This payment secures your booking and acts as a refundable deposit. Rental fees are invoiced separately once your package is finalized.
Important Booking Information
Advance Booking: Please book at least 2 weeks in advance so we can prepare the car and confirm availability.
Track Use Only: Cars are for approved circuits only. No street driving. Unsafe driving on track or in pit areas (e.g. over-revving, aggressive clutch kicks, drifting in pits) is prohibited and may end the rental without refund.
Follow Circuit Rules: All renters must follow the rules and instructions of the circuit at all times. Drive respectfully, use good judgment, and keep safety first.
Security Deposit: ¥250,000 required at time of booking. Fully refundable if there is no damage. Deposit will be applied toward repair costs if needed.
Cancellation Fee: 20% of the deposit.
Rescheduling: Free with notice if your requested date is available and car is ready.
Damage Liability: Normal wear and tear from standard use is expected and will not be charged. The renter is responsible for all damage outside of that. Common repairs range from ¥20,000 to ¥350,000+, depending on severity.
