These Terms govern the rental services provided by Japan Drift Rentals operated by Focus Works.

Eligibility
Drivers must hold a valid driver’s license issued in their home country.
Included in Rental
The rental includes the car, tires, fuel, and basic trackside support.
Not Included
Track fees, extra tires, extra fuel, and repair costs are not included.
Security Deposit
A refundable deposit of ¥250,000 is required.
If the car is returned without damage, the deposit is fully refunded.
Cancellations
Cancellations made within two weeks of the reserved date will incur a 20% fee, deducted from the deposit.
Rescheduling is free of charge.
Liability
The renter is responsible for any damages to the rental car or third parties.
The Company’s liability is limited to the extent permitted by law.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan.

本規約は、Focus Works（以下「当社」）が提供するレンタルサービスの利用条件を定めるものです。

利用資格
利用者は有効な自国の運転免許証を保有している必要があります。
サービス内容
レンタルには車両・タイヤ・燃料・簡易的なサーキットサポートが含まれます。
含まれない費用
サーキット利用料、追加タイヤ、追加燃料、修理費用などは含まれません。
デポジット
利用者は25万円のデポジットを支払う必要があります。
車両に損傷がなければ全額返金されます。
キャンセル
予約日の2週間以内にキャンセルされた場合、デポジットの20％を手数料として頂戴します。
日程変更については無料で対応可能です。
利用者はレンタル車両および第三者に与えた損害について責任を負います。
当社の責任は法令に基づく範囲に限定されます。
準拠法
本規約は日本法に準拠します。
